Machine settings panel

User must use  Machine setup panel for configure test parameters.  

1. Speed [mm/m] - Sets speed of the test
2. Endpos[mm] - Sets end position of the test.
3. F0 prefoce[N] - set start force. Machine will not send data  output until this force not detected.
4. Flimit [N] - limits maximum force during test.
5. F delta [N] - delta force, detects sample rupture
6. Send button - transmits parameters to machine
